Update: It seems a lot of customers are frustrated with this deal since Amazon ran out of stock with a minute of the start of the deal. It’s not clear how many Kindle 2 was in stock. However, such kind of deal with very limited stock is undesirable from customers’ point of view.

It’s now confirmed that Amazon is going to offer Kindle 2 at $89 on black Friday. Remember, the discount Amazon is offering is for Kindle 2, not Kindle 3. The sales will start at 9 AM Pacific. The Kindle 2 page on Amazon doesn’t show yet the availability and price. In other words, you can’t order now. You’ve to wait until 9am pacific on Friday.
