A new tablet PC from Augen is coming up in the market named as GenTouch78. It’s fully android-based. It has a 7″ touch screen running android 2.1, and have full access to official google android market. That means you can download apps easily over wifi-network on the device. Such a tablet PC is capable of doing thing that you can do on an iPad. From ebook angle, it is lucrative as well since you can download Kindle for Android, B&N ereader app, and the famous android ebook reader app like Aldico.
Recently the GenTouch has been spotted on K-mart weekly circular with a price tag $149. When compared to iPad, GenTouch costs you less than one-third the lowest-priced iPad.
