What is so special about Kobo Vox touch screen?

in Kobo

Kobo Vox has the same kind of touch screen like Nook Color or Kindle Fire. However, there is a significant difference in terms of readability on such kind of screen. According to a mashable reports,

its screen uses a different type of anti-reflective tech. While most screens have an anti-reflective coating, says Welch, Vox’s screen has anti-reflective properties baked in. It’s the same material used for screens in airplane cockpits, and it should make the device easier to read outdoors.

This is a distinctive quality for an ereader tablet implemented by Kobo. This feature will help to read and watch video contents in the full sunlight so that the screen doesn’t hurt your eyes.
